The InnoMultiplier workshop has specific inputs from:

• Dr James Canton - Future Guru on Innovation
• World class Innovation approaches learnt from companies - 3M, Intel, HP, Fuji, etc. 

The workshop requires 20-25 high performing business managers to participate wherein key concepts and tools on Innovation are discussed. Concepts like Innovation Portfolio Matrix, Innovation Measurements, Need/Jobs based innovations are explained.

A few Innovation themes are generated for the company. These themes are required to generate innovative ideas in the subsequent months.
