TQMS is organized as verticals representing the various practices of TQMS. Each vertical is led by a VP or GM manager and is supported by consultants. Team TQMS in itself is a small group of 30 self-motivated and passionate consultants who believe in adding value to whatever they do.

TQMS is headquartered in Pune with offices in Mumbai, Jamshedpur, Bangalore and the UK.
