BE Convention
Started in 1996, The Business Excellence Convention was aimed at bringing seamlessness in the Tata Group and provide a platform for Sharing and Networking.
Today after 9 successful conventions we can see the success of the spirit behind the movement. Seeing this very trait at the 9th Business Excellence Convention held in Nov 2004 Group Chairman, Mr. Ratan N Tata said, "I think a few years ago, we would not have sat in this room wearing the same shirt that we do today. We resemble the Chinese people in Mao’s time, but nevertheless, we have a different mind set fortunately and we all seem to be keen and hopefully proud that we belong to this group."
